Entrance XX is for Show Vehicles Only. Drivers will present a printed copy of their confirmation email for preregistering or pay $35 cash and receive a receipt. Drivers will be asked which show class their vehicle is in (volunteers will have a show class list for those who are uncertain). Each driver will be given a colored piece of paper to let parking guides know which area the vehicle should be directed. Drivers will follow the green arrows to the ramps and into the field. After parking in the appropriate row, drivers should go to the Registration Canopy. The canopy is located at the VWEC Car Club Headquarters (1 on the map). Preregistered drivers will pick up their prefilled Windshield Cards. Drivers who paid at the entrance will exchange the receipt they received (with information filled in) for a Blank Windshield Card. Windshield Cards should be on Show Vehicles by 10 AM when judging starts.
Entrance YY is for the Swap Meet and Preferred Parking. Drivers will present a printed copy of their confirmation email for preregistering or will pay the higher day-of-show price. Drivers will then follow the blue arrows to the yellow or red rows.
Vendors and Volunteer Staff driving non-eligible vehicles will also use the YY entrance and follow the yellow arrows.
Food vendors are on the asphalt in the medium blue area north of the Picnic Area. Non-Food Vendors are in the light blue area south of the Picnic area.
Free Public Parking is at the Corner of W Bowles Ave and Pierce Street.
