Submitting Your Business Logo

If you selected to have VWEC advertise your business, please send an image file of your logo as an attachment to an email sent to registrar@govwec.org.

Acceptable image files include .png .jpg / .jpeg   .gif  or .webp

Terms and Refund Policy

By submitting this form and paying the Vendor space fee you agree to being a vendor at 2024 Volkswagens on the Green Car Show.

Volkswagen Enthusiasts of Colorado, LLC (VWEC) agrees to advertise your business in the lead up to the Show by placing your logo on a page of VWEC’s website at https://www.govwec.org/

VWEC also agrees to provide a map of the Car show. The map will show the Vendor's area. Space will be on a first come first served basis,

Refund Policy:  If you change your mind about being in the Show, you have up to 3 business days after paying the fee to ask for your money back.  After that, we will spend vendor fee money in good faith to promote your business and support the Show.  Assume that VWEC will have committed all the funds you provided after 3 business days and no refunds will be available after that; this would be the case even if events beyond our control prevented a Show from taking place in 2024.
